We have built long-term partnerships with Tier-1 raw material suppliers who hold ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certifications. Every batch of incoming material comes with full mill test certificates and is re-inspected by our in-house lab and third-party agencies such as SGS and TÜV. Materials fully comply with REACH and RoHS directives. Only approved, certified materials enter our production line, guaranteeing consistent, traceable quality right from the start.

2. Certified Quality Management System
Our entire manufacturing process is governed by an IATF 16949-aligned quality management system. Truck parts are strictly produced according to international regulations, including ECE (E‑mark), DOT, SAE, and CE where applicable. Each production stage — from forging and machining to assembly — follows detailed control plans, work instructions, and quality inspection standards. Comprehensive batch records ensure full forward and backward traceability.

Before any product leaves the factory, it undergoes multi-point end-of-line testing and certification checks to prevent quality issues.
